my endoscopy: warning contains graphic sounds

This morning I had an endoscopy done at 9 am. It was an unusual, if not entirely uncomfortable way to start the day. Be warned: the following video is 1. boring and 2. a litttle gross:
No ulcer was found, though there was some irritation and swelling on my stomach wall. I never want to do this again, though if this and other gastro-intestinal problems persits, I may have to. Groovy.
The rest of my day was pretty good–barbecue at my house with a friend who is leaving “The Rock” for good. I want to write about this and post some photos of the fabulous jungle gym we discovered on trail 1 behind my house in Dakken.
